Our brain-trust worked around the clock to craft a 360° brand approach that wasn’t just unique, it was engineered to earn trust at every click. From visual identity to UX architecture, every detail was designed to exceed the rigorous standards of the Apple and Google App Stores. The result? A brand and product that radiates reliability. In January 2023, the Mr.Kiki team was invited to lead the development of a groundbreaking online escrow service. TRUST Escrow engaged us to craft a comprehensive 360° brand and product strategy. Our scope included developing audience personas, refining core value propositions, and providing strategic recommendations for the technology stack, development team, and MVP product roadmap.

Mr. Kiki started with a deep dive into the TRUST Escrow company – spanning Context Analysis, Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, and Brand Positioning – that equipped us with the critical insights needed to craft a memorable brand identity and compelling business plan deck. The resulting trademarked logo, designed to symbolize “locking in customer trust,” struck an immediate chord with both company leadership and test audiences.

We identified TRUST Escrow’s key values to their customers, which became the foundation for refining their webapp. With a clearer understanding of their core benefits, the company was able to streamline its digital experience to showcase products and services with greater impact and efficiency.

We defined TRUST Escrow’s messaging framework – a clear, strategic structure that captured its core message and unique selling points. This framework highlighted what made the organization distinct, articulated its value propositions, and positioned it effectively within the competitive landscape. It became a powerful tool for expressing who they are, what they offer, and why they matter.

The Mr. Kiki team oversaw the complete development of the web app—from initial prototyping and sourcing developers to submitting the app store application and executing a successful product launch.

Fast forward to July 1st, 2025: TRUST Escrow officially launched as the first and only online escrow app for Goods & Services fully compliant with U.S. escrow regulations. The app is now available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We continue to consult TRUST Escrow with their go-to-market (GTM) strategy, working closely with the owner and marketing vendors to craft compelling messaging and prepare for their full-scale launch.
